Designed by artist Debra Schoch, Circus Skelly has shown up in his finest striped leggings, mustard yellow overall shorts and a festive party hat hand painted with a moon and spiderweb, because this skeleton never misses a chance to dress for the occasion. In one hand he carries a pumpkin shaped parasol with the confidence of someone who has absolutely nothing to lose.
